The technical requirements of ordinary steel wire are diameter tolerance, surface quality, tensile strength, bending number, the root number of each plate of steel wire, disc requirements and weight.  

The technical requirements of high strength steel wire and high quality steel wire, in addition to the above points, there are uniform performance, chemical composition, elongation, decarbonization depth, fracture inspection, metallographic organization, resistivity, hardness and winding, torsion and other test requirements.
